Delete your account

You can delete your TurboProc Scope account and request removal of your personal data at any time, no questions asked. There are two ways to do this — directly inside the app, or by emailing us.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest path. The deletion is processed immediately.

1. Open TurboProc Scope on your iPhone.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
3. Tap Account Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Read the confirmation and tap Delete permanently.

Your account is marked for deletion immediately. All associated data (profile, event history, email history) is permanently removed within 30 days. Backups cycle out within the same window.

Option 2 — Email us

If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer to handle this by email, send a message to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm the deletion and complete it within 30 days.

If you want a copy of your data before we delete it, say so in the same email — we will send you a machine-readable export first.

What gets deleted

• Account profile — name, email, company, role, plant details.
• Event log — a record of the app sessions and interactions tied to your account.
• Email history — metadata about emails we sent you (timestamps, open events). Email content logs are purged after 30 days on a rolling basis regardless of deletion.
• Any other personal data we hold under the categories described in our privacy policy.

A minimal record (account ID, deletion timestamp, and the legal basis for deletion) is retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and dispute resolution. This record does not include your name, email, or any other personally identifying information.

What is not affected

• On-device data — video recordings and their derived analysis live on your device only. Delete them by removing the app or deleting sessions inside the app before requesting account deletion.
• App Store access — deleting your TurboProc account removes your account data but does not remove the app from your iPhone. To fully remove TurboProc Scope, delete it from your iPhone in the usual way (press and hold the app icon → Remove App → Delete App).
