TurboProc Scope — Support

Beta program · Last updated: May 6, 2026

TurboProc Scope is in active beta. A real human reads every support email within one business day. If something isn't working the way you expect, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

Fastest path to help: email [email protected] with a one-line description of what happened. If the app crashed or behaved unexpectedly, include your iPhone model and iOS version — that's all we need to get started.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get TurboProc Scope on my iPhone?

TurboProc Scope is available on the Apple App Store. Beta program participants receive free access — fill out the request form at turboproc.com/beta and once approved you'll receive an email with your App Store download link. Regular customers can download TurboProc Scope directly from the App Store and start on the free tier immediately. iOS 16 or later is required.

What iPhone models and iOS versions are supported?

TurboProc Scope runs on iPhone with iOS 16 or later. We test primarily on iPhone 13 and newer hardware. Older devices may work but are not officially supported during the beta. iPad is not currently supported.

The app crashed. What should I do?

First, re-launch the app — most crashes in beta are one-time events tied to a specific edge case we haven't seen yet. Then email [email protected] with:

  • What you were doing when it happened (e.g., "I was recording a cycle on the filling station and tapped the stop button").
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
  • Approximately what time it occurred.

You can also share the crash log from your iPhone (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data → look for TurboProc entries), though this is optional — your description is enough to get started.

How do I record a procedure in TurboProc Scope?

From the home screen, tap New Session. Select the work area and procedure you want to observe, then tap Start Recording. Position your iPhone to capture the workstation — the app will walk you through the framing step. Tap Stop when the cycle is complete. TurboProc Scope analyzes the session on-device and displays a step-by-step breakdown. All video and analysis stays on your device; nothing is sent to our servers.

What data does TurboProc Scope collect from my device?

Video you capture and the per-step analysis derived from it stay entirely on your device. TurboProc does not access, transmit, or store that data. We do collect your account profile (name, email, company, role) and app diagnostic information (crash reports, version info) used to fix bugs. For the full breakdown, see our privacy policy.

I signed up for the beta but haven't received my access email. What now?

Check your spam folder first — our emails occasionally land there, especially on corporate accounts. If you still can't find it after a few hours, email [email protected] with the email address you used to sign up and we'll check the status of your request and re-send.

How do I stop receiving emails from TurboProc?

Reply to any email you've received from us with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject or body, or email [email protected] directly and we'll remove you immediately. Transactional emails (account confirmations, replies to things you asked us) are not affected.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account and data deletion at any time. See the dedicated page: turboproc.com/delete-account. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.

What's the difference between the free tier and the subscription?

TurboProc Scope is free to download and start on the App Store. The free tier lets you run sessions and see the core per-step analysis. The paid subscription unlocks higher session volume, multi-line tracking, team sharing, and extended data history. Beta program participants have full access at no charge during the beta period — no subscription required. Pricing details will be published before the beta closes.

Can I use TurboProc Scope in a facility that doesn't allow recording?

That depends on your facility's policies. TurboProc Scope records video only when you explicitly start a session — there is no background recording. All video stays on your device. You are responsible for complying with any facility recording policies, union agreements, or local regulations that apply to your workplace.

I have feedback or a feature request. Who do I contact?

Beta feedback is the most valuable input we have right now. Email [email protected] — describe what you tried, what you expected, and what happened (or what was missing). We read and discuss every message.

Known beta limitations

These are current limitations we are actively working on. They are not bugs — they are the edges of where we are today in the beta cycle.
